I brought my vehicle in by scheduled appointment on Monday. Service said it would be done Thursday. OK. I said that was fine I needed it by the weekend. Got a call. It would not be done for another Week ! Because I had surgery on that Tuesday they had to deliver it to me on Wednesday. The people everyone of them was kind and professional. But shame on you for not having the right paint there for a scheduled appointment

I had called for an appointment and was given 4/8 at 10:00am. When I got there I was told I was not in the system! The service tech told me not to worry that sometimes the order gets sent to a different dealer. He took me in and I was out in less then a h a lf hour!!! Great service, great team!!!

Worked with Gavin and Mike they were both very knowledgeable and very helpful in making my decision on purchasing a new GMC . Gavin answered all my questions and help me set up my phone in the truck. Mike came in and congratulated me on my new truck purchase as did Gavin when we finishing up the paperwork. Gavin had the paperwork ready when I got there so everything went smooth and quickly. Will definitely let others know to stop into Royal for there next vehicle purchase.

I stopped in to check if I could get the points on my GM credit card to pay for new tires. After spending time at the office it was indeternament as to whether I can. After the tires were put on I went to pay but was told that I cannot have this service done with the card.
