One of the biggest considerations when choosing between a crew cab and an extended cab truck is seating capacity and comfort. The crew cab configuration offers spacious legroom and headroom in both the front and back seats, easily accommodating adult passengers. The extended cab has less rear legroom and is better suited for occasional use or transporting small passengers like children. If regularly transporting adults, the crew cab is the better choice.
